Forestry Mulching
Currently LPS has an excavator mounted forestry mulcher which allow us to clear brush and trees by mulching them into small pieces and leaving a clean footprint. This is great for property edges, pond or lake edges, clearing building lots, road / trail edges, field edges, etc.
Lot Clearing
Do you have a property that you are planning to build on? Are you selling a property? Let us clean out the property so it presents as "ready to build". This includes clearing trees and brush, putting in a driveway or entrance, or clearing out paths to better access the property.
Cottage Roads

Gravel Driveways
LPS has upgraded our equipment and we are now running a compact track loader with a grader blade attachment. This allows us to get into small cottage roads and grade them either with or without adding fresh stone. We also have a power rake to break up pot holes to prevent them from returning and a roller to ensure compaction. We will also install or repair driveways. See our gallery for more driveway pictures.
Final Grading
With a compact track loader and power rake we can finish grading around your new build or regrade your current lawn for a fresh new look. If you have water sitting or just a rough lawn we can fix that as well to improve your overall property.
